Who We Are

RosEvroBank is a privately-owned bank established in 1994. Over the past five years the Bank developed into a strong medium-sized Russian bank, entering Top 60 Russian banks in terms of assets and equity. Since November 2003, the registered office of RosEvroBank and at the same time its principal place of business is  24, Vavilova Street, Moscow 119991, Russian Federation.

The Bank plans to expand its focus on providing banking services to the SME sector of the Russian economy. To facilitate further development of this business, the Bank has established co-operation with KfW Bankengruppe (KfW Banking Group), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, International FInance Corporation and other interstate financial institutions which provided medium- and long-term funding facilities for lending to small and medium enterprises. RosEvroBank upholds a conservative approach to lending, which results in a high loan portfolio quality. It has established professional risk management systems and up-to-date anti-money-laundering procedures. At the same time, the Bank constantly reduces the volume of related party transactions.

RosEvroBank is a member of S.W.I.F.T., Visa International, Europay International, Diners Club International, the Russian National Association of Securities Market Participants, the Moscow Inter-Bank Currency Exchange (MICEX), the Russian Trading System, the Moscow Stock Exchange and the Russian National Stock Association.

Rosevrobank is currently rated "B" by Fitch Ratings and by "B1/NP" by Moody's Investors Service for long- and short-term deposits in foreign currency and holds an E+ (with stable outlook) financial strength rating by the same agency. Furthermore, it owns a national (Russian) long-term credit rating of Baa1 (rus) and the short-term rating at A2.ru from Moody's Interfax Rating Agency.

General banking licence (No. 3137 issued 18.12.2002) for rendering all sorts of banking operations with funds in Russian Roubles and foreign currency to legal entities as well as private individuals.
Licence to perform operations with precious metals (No. 3137 issued 18.12.2002).
Licences for professional business in the securities market:
Licence  to perform professional operations in the stock market (No. 000-02249-111400 issued 10.11.1999).
Licence as professional participant in the securities market (No. 177-03932-000100 issued 15.12.2000) to perform depositary operations.
Licence as professional participant in the securities market (No. 177-03142-001000 issued 27.11.2000) to perform securities management operations.
Licence as professional participant in the securities market (No. 177-03074-010000 issued 27.11.2000) to perform dealer activities.
Licence as professional participant in the securities market (No.177-02970-100000 issued 27.11.2000) to perform broker activities.
Licence to perform the activities of a specialized depositary of investment funds, unit funds and non-state pension funds (No. 22-000-1-00052 issued on 12.11.2002).
