Management bodies of RosEvroBank are the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board of Directors, the Managing Board

The General Meeting of Shareholders has the supreme authority. Within its exclusive competence are decisions relating to the determination of development targets and strategy, composition of the Board of Directors etc.

The Board of Directors is responsible for overall management, determination of foremost business issues and making decisions on the composition of executive bodies.
The President and Chairman of the Managing Board of the Bank, together with the Managing Board of RosEvroBank, organize and perform the management function and guidance over all day-to-day operations.
